    Updating from Classipress 3.0.5.3 to 3.1.9

    I have fallen behind on upgrades to my classipress site.

    Can someone please explain to me (Like you would to a 6 year old i.e. not too tech.) how best to go about upgrading to the latest version?

    I have made revisions to core files. Mostly CSS but som PHP files to suit my needs/site. Do I just over write the new with my old revised?
