    URGENT! Was charged as I expected but recieved no download for a child theme.

    I bought Classipress a child theme and a plugin. Paid and everything good, well not really.

    I check my download site and the child theme I bought is not available to download, can someone please help. I bough flatpress but no downlload link to it
