user definied fields

under
http://www.treking-angebote.de I have a classified website for trekking and outdoor.
I was asked wether commercial user can add classifieds.
I have already a drop down to distinguish between privat and commercial classifieds.
Now I need the following:
If someone chooses commercial he'd be forced to fill out more fields than privat users like company adress, street, phone, etc. but this rule should only be there for commercials not for privats.
How can I set up a if - > then clause?
Means if commercial is choosen make additional fields mandetory?
