Users not receiving email.
Users not receiving emails after upgrade. I have contacted some existing and newly created test accounts through the contact form and none received the emails even though they were sent, per the message shown after sending them "your message has been sent". No, I don't have problems with spam folders and that's not what's happening here. I have tested with several different email addresses. What is the problem now?
By the way, administrator receives emails fine about new accounts created. Issue I'm having is with the contact form.
