    Users unable to log-in -- password incorrect message

    Hi, I've had a number of users (old and new) who cannot log-into their accounts. I've tried on their behalf and also get the password incorrect message. Re-setting their password doesn't help, even if I use just alpha or alpha-numeric (no symbols).

    The problem is driving members away! Does anyone have any clues as to why it's happening and can anyone help??? Thanks!
