    version 3.0.2 Broken Themes

    I have uploaded the theme multiple times always with the following message. How do you fix that?
    Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
    Name Description
    plugins Stylesheet is missing.
    psds Stylesheet is missing.
