    Welcome box/widget in sidebar

    Can someone tell me how to comment out the Welcome box in the right sidebar, I assume by commenting it out the Join Now button would go away as well which is what I want. I have other widgets I am using in the right sidebar and just want to get rid of the Welcome Box so they will move up. I believe it is in sidebar.php but don't want to screw up so thought I would ask. Thank you.
