when an Ad no picture, the ad is still showing a grey default picture. I hope no show

When the user doesn't upload a picture, the ad shows a default picture. It is an ugly grey picture. I think this is not right. I think the ad should not show any picture at all.

For example, most job ads do not have any pictures to show. Then the ad should be just clean words. Showing a grey picture is distracting to viewers.

Is there a way to achieve that? Thank you.
