    Where does this message come from?

    When I hover over an ad category link, found in the ad category sidebar widget; this message appears as, "View all posts filed under (ad category)."

    The html sees it as a Title attribute as part of the <a href=... Title="View all posts filed under (ad category).

    I've tried to find this message and which file is generating it. I want to change this message. I have read, theme-widgets and sidebar php files. But I can't see in them how this message is generated? Can anyone tell me where it is being generated from?
