Whoops!! Page not found when posting new ads...

I just paid 40 bucks Canadian to renew my account here and upgrade to the latest classipress.... and now that i have done so, the sites not working right. Awesome... (not)

When a user goes to add an item, everything seems to work fine until the finalize and click the last submittion button. Then the Whoops page not found comes up. When someone submits a free ad, it does seem to submit the ad, but when someone wants to opt for the paid featured ad, it does not take them to paypal to make their payment. So its broken using either free or paid ads.

I have disabled all my plugins, cleared cache, blah blah blah.... (I have also re-clicked to use permalinks by "post name")

Hope you can help asap... (I have searched the forum here and it appears that no one else that had this problem has had any solution from the admins here... lame.)
