Why bother saying you guys offer support?
Why say that you offer support just to get a sale of your themes? There needs to be a ticket kind of support so we can get our issues fixed. Not hope that another member has had the same problem and can help. I have read alot of old threads where people are asking for help and never received any help or even a reply to their thread.
Maybe Appthemes could be transparent when selling a product and actually give us a real indication of what kind of support you can actually deliver. On you site it says you guys can help during business hours when in actual fact nothing happens in business hours or after hours!
