Bulk add “Store name” to coupons where it doesn't exist

I'm having a couple problems on the site. When coupons were added en masse, there was a glitch and many coupons are not showing up because the following was added: "Store Name"

Here's what the broken pages look like where the “Store name” is not specified:

In the admin it looks like this:

Can you please tell me how to fix this in bulk, assign coupons to any single "Sores"? Perhaps you have a plugin or add-on that would fix this.

I have 2 ideas:
1) Make a filter among coupons that don't belong to any "Stores"
2) Make Default Coupon Store - when selecting Store, will output default store if it is not specified.

And also please tell me how to disable coupon statistics?
