Change "coupon" to sweepstakes or something different.

Hey there, love the functionality of this theme. However im looking to use it for sweepstakes/contest exclusively. I'm curious as to how hard it's going to be to change all the visual aspects of the theme that say "coupon" and instead have it say sweepstakes or contest etc. As an example on a fresh install of this theme the home page would show the new coupon feeds and say New Coupons, I would have it say New Sweepstakes. Search for coupons would be Search for Sweepstakes etc. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
