clipper category or store links giving page not found error

Dear all,

i have purchase the clipper theme and installed it into my (Apache) server, please find the link below
http://www.mr10q.com/offers/

but when i click on category or store links its giving page not found error. i am another blog WP also installed into my server with different url (its working perfect http://www.mr10q.com/blog/), i have added following code into .htaccess file on server. could you please help us to solve this issues? i have bnt done any code changes into clipper php code or installed any other child theme.
