coupon code box not showing while adding new coupon

Ref : coupon code box not showing while adding new coupon
I am using Clipper 2.0.4 and all contents are imported from old version 1.6.4 . Now everything is okay except coupon code display in coupon add/edit form . Issue may be simple but not finding any clue as why this is behaving like this.
