create two text boxes on store page

Hello,

Id´like to have two text boxes on my stores page. One textbox on top, then the active coupons, then another textbox and finally the unreliable coupons.
I already copied the code for the textbox inbetween the codes for active and unreliable coupons, as described in this thread http://forums.appthemes.com/help-usi...coupons-93330/

But, now the two textboxes show the same content. How can I create another textbox, which can have other content?
