Duplicate coupons with same clpr_id - CSV Import problem

Hi,

I have one CSV file with all my coupons and when I have a new coupon I add the coupon info to the CSV file and import it to clipper.
The problem is when I import my CSV file, all my coupons that already is uploaded is added again so I get duplicated coupons. Coupons have unique id but are added again "duplicated". WHY?
How can I fix this problem?

Pleas give me a good answer.. I see that many have ask help about this with no good answer.

I'm not that good in PHP so I cant fix this my self, can I get support or could you add a tutorial on how to customize importer for clipper so I only add unique coupons in my CSV file?
