    How to Set Up the Featured Slider (Scrolling) bar at the top?

    In the demo of the Clipper Theme there is a very cool scrolling bar at the top just under the logo. It features coupons and or deals. Can someone please give me detailed instructions as to how I set this up and populate it? Thank you.
