Missing part of the stores

Please help, missing part of stores after I used an optimisation plugin where I removed transient and some tags.

In the database in the wp_clpr_storesmeta table there are stores that are not visible. But there is no binding, it doesn't display them.

Please tell me how to make binding and make stores available again?

As you can see, once the stores part is gone, the coupons also break down and you can't see them. But it is all there in the database.
