Move Coupon Tag from One Tag to Another

We are using the current year as a tag under each coupon, so we add say "2022" and next year "2023" to new coupons as they are created. However, we are left with a large number of coupons that still list, say "2015". What I want to do is a search and replace for /coupon-tag/2015/ to /coupon-tag/2022/. I cannot find the tag table to do this, please advise. I assume it is plain text?

If there is a better way to move the coupons from one tag to another (year to year as in this case) please advise on that too! Thanks.
