    Popular Stores - Can We Change Determining Factors?

    I'd like to be able to change the factor that determines what is a "Popular Store". I understand it currently is designated by the total number of coupons in a store, so the stores that display at the top are the ones with the highest and then the next highest, and so on.

    Is it possible to change what is considered a popular store to say, be the stores that are marked as "featured stores" instead of the current ranking determination? If so what file needs editing, and what do I edit?
