    Remove Stores base url working but others default pages not working

    After removing the store base url from the admin settings stores links works but the other blog pages not working...
    As example my store url is like http://66.23.235.244/dev/clippercoupon/stores/godady after removing store base url from the admin store looks like
    http://66.23.235.244/dev/clippercoupon/godady .It works but the others page not working showing page not found error.
    Please help me...
