Schema types for store and coupon page

Hello,
I want to implement the schema on my coupon site where I am using the clipper theme.
I am little bit confused about the schema types.
Can anyone suggest to me
1) what kind of schema type can I use on the store page. I am confused with the schema types store or departmentstore or listitem.
2) What kind of schema type can I use on the coupon page. I am confused with product or offer.

Will you suggest any schema plugin which does above purpose and shows the star rating and it should support the clipper theme store pages.
I know starstruck shows only the star rating but it will not serve the above purpose.
