    Static home page for clipper - discounty child theme

    I am currently using Clipper's child theme - Discounty

    How do I set a static home page instead of using "latest posts" as my home page?

    The instructions from forum page below does not work:

    I have tried creating static home page from settings and custom appearance and assigning individual home and posts page, but the coupon feeds are not coming up correctly. Is there a page template that I should be using?

    Please help - guidance needed.
