Store Page Image and URL not updating

Hi team,

I bought clipper theme recently after heard about lot of positive feedbacks.
I have uploaded the same on my website www.wphostingbasics.com and created first 2 store.

But unfortunately, the store images, URL and Featured Store option is not at all updating whatever way I tried.

Can anyone help me to fix it? I can't believe this will be my first experience with clipper after spending so much money.

Waiting for admin to fix this issue asap.
