    submitting a new coupon - make destination URL not a required field

    Hello!

    Just wondering if there is anyway, when users are submitting new vouchers, to make the destination URL not a required field. I am targeting local businesses who don't always have a website address so I want to enable them to submit vouchers without them having to enter a website address.
