Theme Discounty : No CSS styling showing. site broken

Hello,
Today I opened my site hebergeurweb.net and the css stopped rendring. the site is broke now. yesterday I changed one value in the backend: I stoped users from registering. and changed the footer link.
here is what I did to fix this without any success:
- disabled all plugins,
- reuploaded the original file of clipper and discounty
- reinstalled wordpress
- I tried to use another theme (twenty fourteen) but it doesn't work.
- I noticed that images preview from the backend stopped showing
