Theme modicications?

So there is no denying clipper is an incredibly powerful theme, but there are a few things I need to modify for my needs. Can anyone suggest how I could go about changing the following?

Define Coupon Excerpt

One thing that bothers me is how the formatting gets stripped from the coupon excerpt. I would like to be able to manually enter the coupon exceprt so it not only keeps it's formatting, but so the excerpt is not the same as the coupon post.

Modify Display URL

My site currently uses the following display URL: mysite.com/coupon/coupon-title/xx this is terrible from an SEO stand point. I want to change the display url so that it has the following format: mysite.com/shop-name/coupon-title/xx


Have Store Name/Store Title Option

Lets say I add store A to clipper and call it storea.com. When I go to my site.com/store/storea/ I will see something similar to this image: http://i.imgur.com/laSyVFJ.png . Again, this is pretty terrible from an SEO standpoint. I would like to be able to change the origin.com title in the left column to display 'Origin coupon codes' while still having the store name as 'origin.com' under the popular stores tab. This could be achieved quite easily by having a 'store name' box as well as a 'store title' box in the store editor.

Would the tech team be able to help me make the following modifications?
