Is there a way to change the default store image

Currently I'm using custom images instead of thumbnail screenshots. The default if no codes/offers are published will not use the store logo even know it exists. Instead it picks up the first alphabetically listed store and uses that as the default. This is not good. Unless I add a fake store and use letters before this alphabetically (which will give me an extra store I don't want) it will always use this store logo.

    Can anyone help please?

Is there a way to change the default store logo to a standard 'merchant logo coming soon' type logo when there are no codes/offers that exist?

    Thanks
