A way to put a UNIQUE widget (text) on EACH store page?

Trying to do the the following:

I have stores set up in the clipper theme.

I added a widget on the store page for an "About The Store" or "Instructions" for example.

Now all of my stores have that same text copy in the widget - is there a way to make each store have a unique text in this widget (or a different solution). I do not want to use the top text box that houses the store name as it will push my content down too far.
