Help locked out of admin
I changed a setting after somehow someone else posted on my blog page about weed today thinking I could needed to block people from login into my site and changing things after I realized my friend could go to my site
www.coupons4america/login which I thought I deactivated and gain access to be able to change the site. Now I can't even get into my own backend site to update. It showsAccess Denied. Your site administrator has blocked access to the WordPress back-office. So I can't update or do anything in my own site updating. I seen on previous posts someone said you can add a plugin but how can that be because everything I press says access denied. This isn't right, no warnings or anything and once you change it you can't go back. How exactly does this get fixed?
