    'Add Media' when 'Posting a Project' is not so intuitive for employers.
    Employers/Freelancers that don't use WordPress are not used to work with the WordPress Post Interface.
    Why not adopting a simple interface letting them point to a specific file and uploading it without any knowledge of WordPress?

    Feature "Add Media" when posting a project:
