    Adding Title Text in Edit user profile page

    On the edit user profile page, I would like to add some text directing the user to click their skills (very similar to the "Additional Details Text" above this section)
    What file would I edit to do this?


    I attached an example of what I want done. I want to place the new text in the place where I have drawn the red box
