Authentication failed. API credentials are incorrect

Hello
I got problem on when i try to transfer the fund
The following error occurred while trying to make the pay request: "Authentication failed. API credentials are incorrect."

i tested both sandbox and live credential but problem is not solved

Checked the screen shoot in attachment when i transfer the fund i got that

Please resolve that issue
