Centering the entire MENU, only

Could someone please help me center (perhaps eliminate padding for?) the main menu bar ("How it Works", "Post a Project", etc)? I am having trouble finding how to modify elements that have references to "foundation" css

Also, I was trying to create margins for my HeaderNav widget text (only the text). I created 2 lines of text to compensate, but if you could also describe how I might create some wider margins that would be very helpful as well.
