Hi. I was trying to create a child theme for my Hirebee so that I can make the necessary changes to the CSS.
I created a child theme CSS file with only the following:
However, even with a blank child theme css file, activating the child theme messed up the parent theme CSS.
Having CSS codes in the child theme CSS file also had the same effect.
See samples attached.
File 1 The header menu bar was only in black and white. Making changes to the theme color did not help.
File 2 The colors for some of the labels eg. on main page label for "freelancers"
File 3 When selecting a page from the main menu and going to that page, the page label bar color and text color was affected.
How do I fix this problem so that I can create a child theme to customize what I need?
