Commission Fee and Bank Transfer

Hello,

I was trying to figure out two things.

1. I've seen numerous threads posted about a commission system, it seems there was no feature but talks of creating it. Is there now a way to setup a commission or is this still in development.

2. How does a client actually pay via bank transfer for the freelancer's work? In my test account, I couldn't figure out how to pay and access the bank account information to pay
