    Custom Form not working in Hirebee Child Theme

    I am running a child theme created from Hirebee, and am having issues getting the Custom Forms to show. I created a new Custom Form, and when I try to launch a new project, none of the new fields show. All I see is the default form. I have checked all of our Project Categories, so that all are associated with the Custom Form, but it's obviously not being applied. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
