    Editing or replacing original 'Post Project' form

    I need to edit the 'Post project' form to fit in with my industry, but going through Dashboard>Settings>Projects and altering it there doesn't have enough options.

    Is there a way to do more advanced edits? In particular the tooltips or 'e.g.' sections.
    Or is there a way to replace it entirely with a custom form?
