Getting started

hi everyone
i recently purchased the latest Hire Bee theme and installed it correctly on my web host.what i don't understand is, it is not showing the pages
the pages menu in my dashboard is empty and contains only add page and all pages and i want my site to look like the one
that i saw on the demo.it is just empty. my question is do i need to create all the pages? such as Registration page,post project page..............
i am new to word press and i read the documentation and the getting started docs from app themes but they are not descriptive enough.to summrize my question
1.do i need to create all the pages my self?
2.is there any tutorial i could follow?
