    Header Spacing

    I have noticed that on many users websites, they have their header spacing centred, or evenly spaced. On my website, as seen in the attachment below, you will be able to tell that i have "Categories | Post a Project | Find Work | Find Contractors | How it Works" and beside how it works there is a lot of space. I want to shift it all so that they are evenly spaced. Can someone help me or atleast help me find where the code is? Do i need to go through WP or would i need to go through FTP?
