hirebee workroom????

I have experience with Elance and other freelance websites.
They have a WorkRoom where the employer can communicate with the freelancer via messaging system, Upload documents, and see status of the jobs etc.

I bought the theme and the childtheme. I can't find any work room or any way for a freelancer to communicate with an employer.

Am I missing something? These are basic features...I feel like this theme doesn't really do much without this workroom..
