How can I change the information displayed under the freelancer's profile?

Currently, when we browse for Freelancers, under their Name we see some fields; Hourly Rate, Completion Rate, and View Portfolio. Is it possible to change those fields to other values? I'd like to change them to Location (city) and just change the string for View Portfolio to View Website instead. I can change the string 'View Portfolio' myself but how do I change the field to show Location (city)?

If changing the field to Location (city) is not possible, how can I set the theme to not show the hourly rate? Because I tried setting the rate to fixed rate only and the hourly rate still appear under the Freelancer's name.
