How to have static page as home page

Hey.

I want to have following-

1) I want to have a webpage on home page which details about what the website is and few pages such as about, contact etc.

2) I need a login page and remove the registration area in that login page as I want to have selected bidders and project posters. I want to have a closed system. So I don't want to allow just anyone to register with the website but I want login functionality. I want to create the users from the backend since this will be closed website.

3) I want only the static pages on the front such as home page, contact us, about us, to be indexed by search engine and want other pages to not get indexed. I want other pages to remain confidential as this will be closed system limited to only few member users created from the backend.

What should be done should I install two wordpress such as one wordpress with one theme as static and in another wordpress hirebee theme? And make hirebee unindexed in search engine?

If yes then how will I enable login to hire bee from the static theme of one wordpress to wordpress having hirebee. Also how can I hide the registration area that appears with login page.
