    Limit the amount of characters in the user description

    Currently the freelance description (the loop) in which you see all the freelancers that are active on a site, shows the entire user bio. I'd like to limit the amount of characters shown within the loop. And not show the entire bio until someone actually clicks on a profile.

    Does anyone have an idea on how to handle this?
