Order ID numbers and sequence
Hi. Can you please help me understand how the Order ID numbers are generated?
Why are they not in numerical sequence for my site?
eg. the 1st order created is assigned ID# 176, 2nd ID# is 372 and 3rd is #381 even though there are only 3 orders generated.
How can I reset the order ID number to begin at 1? and to continue in numerical sequence, i.e 1,2,3 etc so that the ID numbers match the actual number of orders generated on my site?
