Overriding include files in hirebee parent theme using child theme

Hello,

How can I override include files in the hirebee parent theme using child theme?

I have already put the include files in child theme in similar directory structure to the parent theme. e.g. hirebee-child/includes/payments.php. but does not override the parent theme's include files.

Please assist in this regard. Thanks in advance for your great support!
