Payments in Hire Bee

I'm trying to think of the best ways of handling payment in HireBee.

Is it possible to set HireBee up to do this:
Payments paid from employer goes into admin account directly. Once the freelancer completes the work, employer acknowledges it with a review and feedback - the amount is pushed out to the freelancer after admin takes his commission.
