Today I receive the Paypal answer about the Application Review. Can you help me?
Follow the Paypal answer:

In order to proceed with my review, I must ask the following questions:
1. What is your refund policy?
2. Do you have a dispute policy for your service providers?
3. How much time can elapse from when a customer makes a payment to when a project is completed?
4. Once the service has been provided, do buyers have to approve the service and if so, how much time does the buyer have in which to approve it?
5. How soon after the service has been completed is the provider paid?
6. Do you screen or monitor projects listed on your website?
7. Please provide a test user name and password to access your website.
