    Is posible limit how many projects can made a person?

    Is posible limit how many projects can made a person?
    I want limit this for new users Ex: New User= 5 projects limit - Old User 10 Projects limit.

    And another question:
    If posible set a project as an invisible item? Not visible from the web but editable on wordpress panel.
